Q. What is an authorization code?
A. An authorization code is provided when your office has made special arrangements with our company on billing or promotions. It is also used when you are a SignManagement.com customer.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. Currently we offer full service marketing card mailings, flyers and digital photographs in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. Our coverage area is constantly expanding; please contact us. to find out if we cover your area.
We can also provide these services to agents outside the service area via overnight mail.
Our line of closing gifts can be shipped anywhere in the world (shipping costs apply).

Q. How do I pay?
A. Unless we have special arrangements with your company, you must pay by credit card.
Q. Can we proof flyers and marketing cards?
A. We can fax or email flyers and marketing cards for your final approval.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. Provided we have been supplied all the proper information, marketing cards are mailed 2-3 days after your approval of proof and flyers will be mailed or delivered the day following receipt of all information and approval of proof.
Q. What if I am currently a SignManagement customer?
A. All the products on AgentsHelper are or will be available on SignManagement.
Q. Can I see the quality of cards and flyers?
A. Please contact us and we will send you a catalog and samples of marketing cards.
